At Silhouette Studio, refunds are issued in accordance with the following terms.

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of these items, all digital purchases are final sale. Once access has been granted, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Physical Products

Refunds for physical products are issued once returned items are received and inspected in accordance with our Return Policy.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Supplements must be unopened and sealed
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will issue a refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
